- Take the kale leaves off the stem and steam them for about 7 minutes.
- Drain them and add olive oil, 1/2 half lemon squeezed, 3 tbs tamari and 1/4 cup feta cheese.
- You can sprinkle some lemon salt too.
- Make the kamut or spelt pasta and put the kale on top of a bed of pasta.
Its delicious and very nutritious! Very simple and quick!
